Eligibility for Refund:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

• Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours with proof

Refund Process:

• Send an email to support@confixed.in with order details

• Upon inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days

Non-refundable Items:

• Custom orders or products that have been opened/used
